Blatz is cheap. And somewhat tasty. Tastier than some equally-priced alternatives. I would choose Blatz over High Life (and High Life over any Bud), but in the end High Life just reminds me of the taste of grilled brats and chilly, fall football games. Man, this post turned out very Wiscosin. In summation, hooray for beer!

Saw Q and Not U last night at a free show at Fort Reno in DC. It was hot out, but the show was in a park that sometimes had a breeze and the band rocked as usual. The crowd looked... ~15, but what can you do? The place was packed. I still love how Chris dances around stage like a funk-inspired, slightly chubbier Mick Jager. That will be missed. The writing on his face with a marker for every show? Slightly less so.
Now for a fun quote from the distinguished Representative from Colorado:
"Well, what if you said something like -- if this happens in the United States, and we determine that it is the result of extremist, fundamentalist Muslims, you know, you could take out their holy sites," Tancredo (R-CO) answered.
"You're talking about bombing Mecca," Campbell said.
