So the website is finally launched as far as I am concerned. Yeah, there are some things that still need to be fixed, minor changes that need to be made, but basically it is up. We have the blogs (Mike Keller plans to add his a little later. Like after he wakes up.), we have two comics (LB plans to add hers a little later. As in a couple days/weeks.), and we have the basic outline. I'm actually really pleased with how the whole thing turned out. No pop-up ads or anything.
So... the first comics I'm going to post will mostly be my samples that I sent in while trying to get syndicated a couple months back. New comics will be interspersed at random starting in the next few weeks until the sample comics are all done and then it will be totally new comics. I hope you like it.
Also, last week I went with roommate to see Radio 4 with opener Phaser. Comments are as follows
Phaser: Alice in Chains was the best band ever! Radiohead, also good.
Radio 4: Q & Not U with some Ted Leo thrown in, this New York band could only garner about 1/5 of the crowd. Smallest crowd I've seen at the Black Cat, which is too bad because they were a lot of fun. It was actually somewhat confusing because they sound so much like Q&NotU, but Q&NOtU consistently sells the place out. I guess that's the benefit of being a local band that plays all-the-fucking-time.
